The 12th #World Peace Ethics Contest: World-PEC 202
Every year our #students in grades 4-7 study peace ethics. They Learn about Buddhism, Dharma, meditation and good moral behaviour. They also keep a daily diary outlining the good things they have done each day which they write in English. After a month of study, they will sit an exam.
This year one of our students from grade 5, Om Suk Wittaya Pairote (Aomsook) surpassed herself by gaining 1st place in all of Thailand.
This is a major achievement and Mataneedol School would like to say congratulations to Aomsook who received a Grand Commemorative Plaque and a Certificate of Excellence.
Aomsook can be seen in the video clip receiving her award at the event and also at school with homeroom teachers Steve and PomPam who was accompanied by Principal Fon and teacher Mike.
We would like to thank her parents Dr Kriangkrai Witthaya Phairot and Dr Umjitwitthaya Pairote for their continued support at Mataneedol School.
